What's the difference between the kit and the remote help?
The kit is a self-serve PDF — best if you're comfortable following step-by-step instructions. Remote help is hands-on: we screen-share, do the upgrade together, and configure the Pro features for you.
Do I need to buy a key separately?
Yes if you don't already have one. You can buy the kit OR remote help on its own, then add an activation key. Or just buy the key by itself if that's all you need.
How fast is delivery?
The kit and the activation key arrive by email within a minute or two of payment. For remote help, you'll be redirected to book a time slot immediately after payment.
How is payment handled?
All payments go through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are never seen or stored by us.
Refund policy?
Digital goods (kit and key) are non-refundable once delivered. Remote help is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before your booked session. Contact support with any issues.
